"CMI- Central Magnetic Imaging is the most Exceptional Experience anymore can experience when needing MRI's, or Scans. Exceptional Services. Professional & Friendly Staff. My experience on today's visit Thursday 10/26/2023 was far and beyond my expectations. No wait time I was seen as soon as I completed the necessary paperwork and I was done within an hour the time for the MRI was less than 30 minutes way less and I received the disk upon my leaving. If anyone is desiring Exceptional Services for MRI'S or MRI's Scans I highly recommend Central Magnetic Imaging you will not regret it not at all. "My first time being here & my first time getting an MRI in general. Oh my goodness! This place is fantabulous! The staff’s energy radiates throughout the whole facility. It is pleasant, positive, friendly & an overall pleasurable environment. My baby sitter bailed on me last minute & I had to bring my toddler with me. I called in advance thinking I’d have to reschedule :( but they worked with me! I’ve never met anyone from this facility before & they embraced me like I was apart of their team! The MRI procedure was so smooth & relaxing. Meditation music was played in headphones for me during the hour session. I swear I forgot I was getting an MRI & felt like I was receiving a luxury self care service! Beyond satisfied & truly thankhful for the amazing staff & business performance here at Central Magnetic Imaging North. "A five-star review for a top-notch lab and most importantly, its wonderful, kind and helpful staff, namely Tanya, Rebecca, Ana and Timmy. I’m thankful I was able to make a same-day appointment as other local diagnostics centers were not easy to get a hold of by phone and had no availability for days. The entire process was efficient, personalized and friendly. Everyone on this awesome team took the time to listen and to answer all of my questions. I had to change my MRI facility to theirs, and not only did they get everything approved that day through my insurance company, they also got me in for my MRI that same evening!
