"The customer service is nearly nonexistent. The food is not good. The plantains were the best thing on the plate but they need to change out their oil more frequently you can taste that the oil is used when you take bites of the plantain. The order was for Griot with plantains no rice. Although we requested no rice we were given rice. The pikliz was not good. The meat was not good. I recommend changing around the seasonings and how long you allow it to marinate. It would be nice to be greeted upon entry into the establishment. Maybe having a bell so that staff is notified when people enter since staff is in the kitchen and there’s no one in the main area greeting people as the enter the establishment."

"Oh yeah, this is definitely it. Fresh, Great tasting Haitian Food. I was working in Naples, and was hoping I could find a good place to eat. Yeah, I got lucky. Did I mention how fresh the food was? OMG, 10 stars."

"Came here after work. I had never tried Haitian. Ended up ordering the fried red snapper. The seasoning mixed into the breading was delicious and I really enjoyed this dish. The service was a bit slow and the atmosphere felt more like a bar than a restaurant and was louder than I'd prefer. Overall, I would recommend giving it a try."

"While in Naples we found this spot not too far from our hotel. It was peak time when we ordered but the food was worth the wait. The lady at the desk was super friendly and professional. It was a nice atmosphere with music playing and the ambiance was great. We ordered the lambi in sauce (conch stew) with black rice. Food was delicious and very good portions. The conch was well seasoned and tasty. The only thing was the rice texture was different but it was okay. We were so surprised to have found this spot. It’s a must try when in Naples."

"The food is is great especially for the price the only reason I gave it 4 star is because every time I order a delivery I never get a silverware or it’s just a fork I can’t eat rice with a fork and I’m at work kinda hard to find silverware but other than that the food a great price is great the portion is amazing"
