"This is GREAT barbecue. GRRRREAT. These fellas set up and tear down every Saturday- and keep the BEST service, quality, and atmosphere! If they can do that every week- you know they can cater!! Their food is delicious. My children beg me to stop every time we drive by and see them. The sides are no slouches either! Beans and Mac n cheese are our favorites. Get some brisket, get some pork, and get some cornbread! Or please, if you hire them to cater your event, can I come?"

"If you get there before too late in the afternoon, the ribs and brisket are the very best I have ever had, otherwise they are a bit too dry. I personally like the medium sauce, but my husband and son prefer the spicy. His mac and cheese and collard greens are absolutely fabulous as well. His baked beans have too much sugar for my taste, but that's just me. All in all, I highly recommend this place. I even asked for it on my last birthday dinner because it fell on a Saturday and no one wanted to cook."
