Kelly's Roast Beef Naples

"Love it all! Went with my kids and they love it too, kids menu hot dog, small roast beef sandwich, fish and fries and also onion rings. So delicious, so crispy, really enjoyed the atmosphere, outstanding customer service. I’ll be back for sure!"

"I waited for as long as I could to visit Kelly's in Naples. But this New England transplant was feeling homesick and could only hold out for so long. I figured it was going to take a little bit for them to work out any issues - and wow, have they ever! Everything we ate was delicious. And we pretty much ate everything... fried clams, fried scallops, fries, onion, rings, chowder, roast beef sandwich, all cooked to perfection. Marsha on the register is Ms 5 Star Customer Service - she took great care to make sure we got our full order in and that we got all appropriate condiments, etc. Restrooms were spotless, tables were clean, these guys have figured it out for sure, they are honoring the good Kelly's name! Finally, New England soul food comes to Southwest Florida."

"Brand new restaurant (fast food) in Founder's Square. Delicious roast beef sandwiches and other food. Friendly staff and open layout for dining space. Drive through appears to be busy with constant flow."

"Arrived after the lunch rush but still had to wait 10 minutes for the one person to take my order. Ordered the 3-way roast beef and received a regular roast beef. However, it was lean and delicious. We also ordered fish and chips. We received 2 large pieces of fish and a mix of onion rings and fries. The fish and chips was very good. The onion rings were a ring of onion not pieces of onions. The cole slaw is fresh and tasty. We will go back but I hope they iron out their service issues."

"I really wanted to enjoy this place with the claims of hot juicy roast beef and seafood. My wife and I visited for dinner now that the “grand opening“ rush is over. As we approached the counter, two cashiers didn’t acknowledge our presence until my wife asked “how do we order?” They seemed too rather be anywhere else. I ordered the fish and chips. The fries were very good, crisp, hot, and golden brown. The fish, while hot and flaky inside and a generous portion, had no flavor in the batter at all. My wife had the small roast beef sandwich with fries. Again, fries were very good. Her sandwich meat was room temperature with little flavor. All in all, for the price we paid of $34+, there are better options in the area. I don't mind the price if the flavor was there! This restaurant has potential to be a great addition to this part of town. I’ll keep an eye on future reviews to look for changes before I return here."
