"I have to share an experience that happened regarding an order that was placed through their website. It was for two kits of food (party size trays for a large group of a few dozen people), already paid for and pre placed the previous evening with an order #. When i arrived in the morning to pickup the food, nothing was ready and the employees.... there were two employees on site who had absolutely no idea where the order was, what i was picking up, what kind of meats beans rice etc, nada zip. Which was already indicated on the order when it was ordered. The order was written down on a napkin the night before, which was barely legible. As if it couldn't get any more extremely difficult or frustrating and just maddening.... There was a steep language barrier. Imagine walking into a chain food restaurant and having to use google translator to communicate. Not one person was working in this store who could assist me, At all, due to the language barrier. Really disappointed at the way this location is run."

"Welcome to Moe'ssssssss!!! Moe's is always really good whenever I think to go. The food and portions at this location were really good compared to other locations I've went to and the staff were super cool....the nachos are always my favorite here but their crunch wraps and salads are very good as well!! They have military discounts so be sure to bring your I.D!!"
