"Culvers on Airport Puling at Naples Blvd - Hello - I ordered food for my husband and myself with a special request - sauce on the side. When my husband picked it up everything was on the side and there was no sauce at all - I was upset but it was too late to go back to fix so I phoned in to express my frustration - my complaint was received by the manager with understanding and apologies - he expressed his apology on the phone and offered to compensate whenever I could return to the restaurant. I asked for his name and any other details I needed - he said none were needed - A week later I returned with my receipt and coincidentally met the manager who was working along with his staff - he remembered me and the incident with no reminders and offered me a decent compensation for the inconvenience. I will remember the situation and how well it was handled - everyone makes mistakes but in customer service industries it is how you fix the problem which makes all the difference"

"We went for lunch a week ago and it was good food. I will say they are a bit pricey but well worth it for the quality of food they produce. We ended up eating in the dining room which was not crowded and nice round table to fit the 7 of us. The cheese curds are the best around. The ice cream is so yummy. I would recommend to go eat there for anyone looking for quality fast food. They are definitely on the top end of the places to go for fast food. The burgers are juicy without being too greasy and the fries are nice and crispy."

"***** five star burgers, fries, and chicken ***** the guy that kept the dining area sparkling clean mowed Dec 20, 23 is the model of conscientiousness. ***** His attention to detail and helping patrons is outstanding. You can see that he loves his job, and doing it extra well. ***** Hopefully Culver's realizes he is a great asset to Culver's Naples and treats him like the valuable player he is. It seems like the whole team is ***** in my 3 or 4 trips to this Culver's. Will be back"

"They sell old, rock hard pints of custard. Ordered two pints & food in drive thru this evening (11/22) the pints we were given were packed on 11/5.... they are ROCK HARD. DISGUSTING. Beware! The manager, Christian, is condescending. We were told we should have asked for fresh pints. Like what! Won't fairly correct their mistakes. Entire order wrong. No refund. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT ALLERGIES NOR QUALITY AT THIS LOCATION. I'LL GO TO BONITA, THANKS!"
