"Decided to try Fuse last night and had a great experience. When we arrived, the hostess advised that they’re only taking customers that have a reservation but bar seating is available. We grabbed 2 seats at the bar and had the pleasure of being waited on by the bartender, Monica. She is amazing and very attentive! For the appetizer, we ordered the bbq bao buns. Delicious!! For the entree, my husband ordered the pork chop which he enjoyed and I ordered the boneless short ribs with a side of the mac and cheese. I wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese but my husband thought it was good. The short ribs were delicious! There were a ton of things on the menu that sounded great so we’ll definitely be back!"
"This place is nuts (in a great way)! I saw Fuse after grabbing a cuban sandwich from Van Vans (good sandwich btw). I went in the next day with not very high expectations. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be the understatement of the year. The atmosphere was super cool. Laidback vibe with cool lighting and a hip feel. I sat down and ordered from the bar. I didn’t get my servers name but she was super nice and helpful. I already knew what I wanted (looked at the website) and ordered the pork belly & pimento sandwich with a side of pepperoni mac n’ cheese (yeah you read that right). TL;DR: Best meal I’ve had in Naples hands down! The pork belly was like butter and contrasted so nicely with the crispiness of the fried onions and jalapeños. The flavor was all there and blended nicely. The pepperoni mac was also delicious and bursting with flavor. If I had to nitpick (and it would be nitpicking) would be dicing the pepperoni smaller and spreading it throughout. At the end of the day though this place is knock your socks off. 5 stars all the way!!!"

"10 stars review!!! Everything was absolutely delicious!!!! The portions were generous and excellent food quality. I especially enjoyed the customer service, Monika is so nice and took great care of us. I noticed a lot of locals and repeat customers. That says a lot! I can’t wait to return for our next BBQ adventure."
