"This is only the 4th time I have eaten in this restaurant in the two years I have lived nearby. Each time, the same long curly haired man has been in the dining area not eating, just hanging around. Kind of weird. Makes me uncomfortable and I will not return."
"The management argumented with us after the staff worker argumented and call us lier and was nasty and help us up in the drive throw in the rain for 8 minutes telling us off! This wad the most unprofessional service in my like and kept charging us for every reason under the sun ."
"Says its open until 1am Fri/Sat. pulled in at 12:30am saturday evening after a shift to try to go thru the drive thru, cones in the drive thru. Thought maybe just the drive thru was closed. Park and see a lady standing in the frame of the entry doors. She locked the doors and walked away. Called twice and got hung up on both times. Just change your hours if your staff doesn't want to stay late. super frustrating & a waste of time."
"Drive thru order asked for extra pickles on Cheeseburger. I got zero pickles. Something so simple to do and I waited 15mins for it. Worst McDonalds in Naples. Been here 3 times different occasions it the place is still garbage."
