Tacos & Tequila Cantina

"6 of us came to eat at 8:30pm a few weeks ago. Took us over 15 minutes to receive service and After our waiter (Franklin) spilled my beer behind me onto an elderly couples chair I was not given my second drink until 30 minutes later(nor was it comp for the wait) after receiving my 2nd drink. We expected the food to be on its way soon because we placed the order with the drinks (having had such a long waiting period before our server finally acknowledged us) and yet the food did not come out until about 10 pm..(surprisingly all 6 of us were not mad just ready to eat) when all the food arrived there were 5 dishes yet 6 of us ordered… the waiter handed everyone their dish except my self and when he was done he didn’t even acknowledge that my spot was empty he just says “everyone good?”. I told Franklin that I was missing my order completely and he looked at me with a blank expression as if he forgot what I ordered. (At this point in time the elderly couples tables meals were comp and for whatever reason the manager also went and talked to a completely other table that wasn’t even part of this) Franklin went to the kitchen and didn’t come back for another 10 minutes once he did, he is showing me a completely different persons order off his tablet asking if that’s mine… I repeated my order back to him and it finally smacked him in the face, he went back to the kitchen and about another 5-10 minutes later I asked if I could just get my food To go because my whole party has already finished… to his response I get “it is already” LIKE HE WAS ALREADY PLANNING ON GETTING ME TO GO… 3 OTHER PEOPLE AT THAT TABLE WERE SERVERS AND I WORK IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MYSELF… THIS IS NOT!!! HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS I WISH I COULD LEAVE LESS THAN A 1 STAR AND LESS THAN A $0 TIP DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH FRANKLIN HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SERVE AND THE BALD MANAGER THAT WORKS THERE IS LUCKY I DIDN’T SEE HIM AT THE END OF THE NIGHT… Never will I recommend anyone here to eat due to bad management and bad service INEXCUSABLE"

"We stopped here for a quick bite after finally taking down the Christmas decorations. The place was busy as usual for the season but we were seated quickly. Our hostess Jenna was very pleasant and professional and took our order promptly. The service took a downward spiral from there and despite our food being sent to the wrong table, lack of plates, and long pauses between water refills, we managed to have a pleasant meal. The restaurant was vibrant and full of happy diners. There are better options within a few minutes of this restaurant otherwise the food is delicious."

"We've been here several times. I'd say we are becoming regulars of sorts. In Season you should come around 7, or it's a bit crazy with a 20-30 min wait time. Food - The naked tacos are awesome. Pick whatever taco you want from the interesting choices, ask for the naked salad, and you get two tacos worth of stuff over lettuce, and a side of their green delicious dressing... Our new favorite. The Queso is really good. Service - here is where they fall down a bit. There seems to be a pretty high turn over, which causes some inconsistency. They couldn't make a drink that was on their menu one night, you rarely see the same people twice.. Kind of a bummer. Their manager is super nice and works twice as hard as everyone else, which I like, but it shouldn't be necessary... Please don't miss understand, this is a Naples problem more then a T&T problem, but it is one of the down sides here. Other than that, I highly recommend. If you can come before happy hour ends good luck getting a seat but the two for one margaritas are worth it... Go Naked"

"Eric at the bar was excellent! He provided phenomenal service! Loved that he used all of the customers names! The tacos and chips he margaritas were on point! And their homemade salsa is addictive! Delish!"

"We come here every year on our family vacation. Favorite place to eat by far! The salsa is to die for. The food is always delicious and comes out quickly. Service is wonderful and attentive as well. Very trustworthy too, as I left my Fanny pack there by accident, and when I came to pick it up it was in the managers office with nothing missing at all. Love this place!"
