"Food was excellent good value and tasty. Service was absolutely appalling very slow and got the order wrong considering the restaurant was empty."
"I ordered an Omelet from here with a side of 3 leches pancakes. They just give me 3 plain pancakes with no syrup, or the 3 leches, when I called to tell the lady this she just said she don't know who packed my order and if I wanna go back for it, when I said I can't because I'm far away now and tell her that they charged extra for all of this and don't even check the orders she just didn't say anything and hang up. The omellete was good, but I don't think they put effort on the take out orders or at least check them."
"Server took absolutely forever on christmas and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. I work at a very busy restaurant so I know what busy and good service looks like and that wasn’t what she was delivering. Ordered at 12 and food didnt come out until 1:10. She only came to us once too get refills and apologized for it taking so long without trying to fix the issue or bring our food out faster. It does NOT take an hour and 10 minutes to cook the food at this place no matter how busy or steady it is. Would not recommend at all go to Perkins or something. Terrible place"
"However it is not acceptable to have one waitress working by herself at night. The waitress was great she took the orders seated the customers served the meals to the customers she collected the pymts from the the clients and in addition to that as that wasn't enough she also handle the pick up orders. Congrats to the waitress you're great and you can work anywhere there are plenty of restaurants out there that would love to have you work for them and also be appreciated. She's one person she has one head and two arms She's not wonderwoman. This policy needs to be reviewed by the owners it makes you look greedy you're saving a lot money on payroll and the customers kept coming in."
"Great place to eat breakfast with the family... Even tho the wait was close to thirty minutes... We still had a great time... The food was fantastic... The cashier did a good job... So she received a good tip... Melissa..."
