"I used to be a huge fan of Moe's. However over the last few years the quality has significantly declined. I got a chicken bowl and there was practically no flavor. The positives chips and salsa is included and the employees are efficient. Hopefully they can turn it around."
"None of the Moes in the area are worth it. I go in. Get in line, order a burrito with extra protein. That’s all. I get it the check out, it’s Moes Monday for 8.99 burrito with chips and salsa. My total was 18.39. I said no way, why didn’t I get the deal? They say it doesn’t apply to you. I say make the meal the Moes Monday deal and add whatever needed to reach that requirement. I had met that requirement. They refused and called the manager on the phone. They put me on the phone with someone. I simply explain what I ordered and it was very simple. I didn’t order any sides or drinks and that was total was 18.39. Ultimately, I hand the phone back to the cashier and she charges me 14.84…I said what did I just pay for if the Moes Monday is 8.99… then they threw my receipt away when I asked what I just paid for. They wouldn’t even tell me. I just left. Talk about unbelievable. I feel bad for the workers bc it’s obvious they are abandoned there with no leadership or guidance on how to even ring out a customer. Edit: after the left the store, the owner started texting me, scary things like “are you having fun Tracy.” Might seem out of context but he was on my Moe’s profile. Which has all my personal information. As soon as I got in the car from leaving the store, the texts started"
