"This location has lost its way! I have been going here since it opened many years ago. I am a frequent customer. Tables always dirty, music way too loud and told they could not turn it down, burger was dripping in grease and bun was soaked. Does not seem to have a lead person like the past. If the next time I go there I have the same I will not return!"
"My burger tasted and looked like it was made (thrown together) by someone who hates their job.... I also get they normally overfill your fries and give a nice amount of extra - which I'll never complain about. But this time, half the bag was full of fries, burgers in the middle, and more fries piled on top. This made the buns on both burgers absolute mush. For as expensive as this place has become, I was super disappointed in what I ended up with, especially having to wait an extra 20 minutes past my mobile order pick-up time. I'm an extremely understanding person, as I work in the service industry, but after this exact situation happening 2 times now, I won't be eating at this 5 Guys anymore."
"Smoothies were yummy! Sucks they only have one size though. Well that's what I was told in drive thru. Pesto flat bread was good. The Caribbean was good, but too much sauce to where it was super soggy. My son would'nt eat it. Lil too spicy for me."
"The burgers are good. The service was friendly and fairly quick considering the burgers and fries are cooked up on order. Prices are increasing to keep pace with inflation and personnel costs. It makes you rethink your little cheese burger, small fries and a regular drink when it costs around $17.25, even when the portions are generous."
"As they say "Heaven on a bun". One of the best burgers I had in a long time (bacon burger). I will be a regular now. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very professional. All the tables and refreshment areas were clean and tidy. I am giving three stars for atmosphere as it's nothing to write home about, but what you would expect from similar place. The fries were made of potatoes of high quality and properly cooked. They had a tad too much salt for my liking but still great fries overall. Overall I highly recommend for the high quality of burgers and fries."
