"We had sushi at the bar. The sushi was excellent. I’ve been to dozens of sushi bars and the quality of the sushi at the grill is in the top 5%. It was a little pricey, but what would you expect, we were at the Ritz! The staff was super responsive, kind and courteous. The bartender knew everyone’s name, and was great at what he did."
"Wine pairings with the delicious steaks are many. All entrees were cooked to perfection and no overwhelming flavors. Service was great and friendly smiles everywhere. Kid friendly (make sure they are behaved) and even use a crumber for the little ones messes. We will be back"
"My wife and I have been going to the Restaurants at the Ritz Carlton for years. The Grill Room is one of our favorites. The General Manager Brian Wells is a great asset. He was extremely attentive to all our needs throughout our evening. The food is awesome from the Beet Salad to the Filet Mignon. The Grand Mainer Souffle is a great choice for dessert."
"A very high end restaurant. The food was amazing - some of the best steaks we have ever had. The waiters were excellent and made it a very personal experience. The prices are high but the food and experience was wonderful."
"Had the honor to host a private dinner here for 20 guests and had a phenomenal experience. This was before there grand re-opening. From the coordination and response of Johanna to every team member made it an absolute pleasure. Chef and his team provided exquisite food. All of the service staff had impeccable attention to detail and it was just a joy to be among them. I don’t like to use the term flawless, however, this is about as good as it gets for a 5 star experience. I wish The Grill much success!"
