The Hampton Social - Naples

"I was disappointed when we went last month and I wanted to give it a second chance last night. The atmosphere at Hampton Social is very welcoming, open, and bright. The servers may be a bit slow due to being overly extended but are very pleasant. The disappointment comes with the food. My smash burger last night was lost in the bun and extremely overcooked The fried coconut tofu was not something to rave about, and the chicken shelter sandwich was average. I'm sorry to say that with all the choices out there, I will be looking elsewhere."

"Went for lunch with a large party and it was great! Good food and decent sized portions! Waiter was great. Manager was a bit much constantly coming over but he meant well. The main issue we had was they encourage use of the payment app on the QR code on the tables and they charge you $6 dollars for using the app. That was very frustrating and was not made known. Overall great vibes and a lot to do walking around outside the restaurant"

"This restaurant is a beautiful gem inside the Mercato plaza. Our waiter was friendly & knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was delicious. We ordered calamari to start as an appetizer but somehow it got lost and our entrees came out before but the waiter brought the calamari out and said it was taken care of. That was very nice of him. My only complaint about dinning outside late is that the restaurant had a group of wild & loud people who was walking out with their wine glasses and yelling to each other while one group was outside the rope lines. I know staff saw the intoxicated people yet didn’t address them. Could have been a simple hey you can’t take the drinks off our property drink it here or leave it and have a good night. But Now I know not to dine outside for late dinner."

"The food was delicious. The place is gorgeous. Outside is nice since you get to enjoy the weather but inside has a very calm and elegant decoration. Service was good as well. I did not enjoy their coffee much and wish they would have more variety and better coffee for my taste. But I guess people go for drinks vs coffee."

"My husband and I went to HS for a light late lunch. We were happy to see that, while good energy, there was not the loud crowd that we saw in the past. Perhaps Sunday afternoon is a good time to go. There was live music, which was also very pleasant. The server was very diligent and patient. I ordered a mahi salad that I highly recommend, and my husband ordered the "beyond double cheese burger. " He enjoyed it. It came with a nice small salad. It was a pleasant lunch , we would go back"
