"Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Owner is friendly. Food was presented/plated very well. Fresh ingredients. Flauta shells were overdone and lacked flavor, but other than that, food was good. A negative to this place is that they add a 20% tip onto the check without even asking. We’ve eaten out 2-3 times a week for years; this has never happened. Is not tipping the customer’s choice; and the percentage up to the customer’s discretion—based on the service!? I think these owners are confused—or just taking advantage of their clients. If 4 flautas cost $9, why would I be forced to tip someone the same amount ($9) for taking an order, bringing out the food, checking on us once, and delivering a check? We all know that tipping is simply out of control. The food is expensive enough! Because of this, we won’t be back. ☹️"
