"The customer service is still trash…. The employees Hold up the drive-through line so they can have better times at the window. So whatever time you’re getting from the window is not accurate because you can sit there and wait in line 5 to 20 minutes for a whopper… The girl in the drive-through doesn’t even say how you doing or nothing just hands You your food…. The manager here is obviously not training them how to do proper protocols…. So if the management and the team is giving a bonus based on the drive-through window time, it’s all fake and being rigged because they’re holding up the lines till they hand you. Ur food …. The manger obviously telling them to hold up lines so that window time is down"

"The staff is amazing at this location. I’ve never been a fan of Burger King however the staff at this location changed my mind. They put a smile on my face every time I stop in for a coffee on my way to work. The lady at the drive thru is so nice and sweet and the staff all look professional. They wear scarves that match and obviously the manager takes pride in the appearance of the employees."

"We were passing by this BK on a trip heading home on Sunday 20 Aug '23. The order was placed sometime around 5:40 PM and the server at the window is a class of its own. We ordered, along other things, iced coffee and asked for one sugar, without realizing these are really not "iced coffee" but a pre-mixed drink with LOTS of sugar and my wife and I can't drink such extremely sweet drinks for our health. We asked the lady if we could switch it to a hot coffee (again, no sugar), and her excuse was that it would take 20 min to get us either a hot cup of coffee or any other coffee drink. Since neither of us would drink it, but my wife had already placed the straw in there and tasted it (there was no other way to find out if this was a coffee or some sweet drink), we attempted to return it and asked for her to throw it away. The lady acted in the most impolite manner and said she would not accept the cup through the window and since my wife had already taken a sip she was no going to grab the cup!!! Are you telling us that she could not grab the cup by the sides like any other human would and toss the drink for us? It's as if my wife had some transmittable disease and she would not accept the cup. Does she even realize that every single BK customer must accept the orders prepared by the individuals in the kitchen and we don't know what the sanitation is like there, do we give a sigh of rejection because of that, or because maybe we may not like how a person handles the food to us? No, that's not the case unless we observed something completely unsanitary or gross! She closed the window and turned her back on us, we left the drink right there outside by the window as we were driving and this was the type of customer service no company should offer -- in our opinion, this lady should not work on ANYTHING service related. Check your employee's service behavior better! In my book, the location gets a bad reputation due to the people you are hiring -- BTW, we have passed by this location many times in the past and never did we encounter such a disgusting type of personality."

"At 8:38 PM we arrived at Burger King. Our daughter wanted to go to the Playground (both doors were open) Meanwhile my wife was buying some products. A few minutes later a young worker came and told us: "This is the time to clean the floor." I told her: "...no problem, we are not going to bother you, because we’ll be in this corner..." A few minutes later, another worker approaches us and tells us "...you have to leave, because the Playground has been closed since 8:00 PM." I asked her: Where’s the Playground hours, because there’re no visible hours at the access doors... ” He replied: “There’re no hours at the doors, but the closing time is at 8:00 PM…” We left, but not satisfied with the answer, since there is no visible sign where the opening and closing times appeared. We used to come here and our daughter has been playing between 8:00-9:00 pm and nobody has told us about cleaning at that time (we have records of our daughter playing in the Playground during those hours) We suggest BURGER KING company put signs on both doors. It’s unprofessional to tell a customer to leave without showing the having the hours, or regulations visible. NOTE: We send photos of both doors."
