"Everything was good but as we were in the middle of our order and one person that was taking too long to order she started taking the guys order behind us. I thoght was rude"

"We were regulars at popeyes until about 5 years ago, not only because something was ALWAYS wrong, but because the whole attitude of the workers and even the management. We rarely eat out because we're a large family and it's expensive. Once in a while, because life is chaos, we eat out with limited options in LaBelle. I stupidly chose Popeyes last night. What did I get? The manager packed my food, 16 pieces of dark meat, and handed it to me herself. She stated, "here's your 16 piece dark meat." I peeked to make sure everything looked right. Silly me, I didn't count the chicken!! It looked short once I was home so I counted and there was only 12 pieces of chicken. How does a manager pack the chicken, turn and say here's your 16 piece dark meat, when she only put 12? Not only was I exhausted, but I had no way back up there. I called to ask if I could get the missing chicken the next day. The same manager answered the phone. I said "I ordered a 16 piece, but I'm missing 4 pieces of chicken and I"... she interrupted and snapped you can pick it up. As I began to explain I don't have a way so is tomorrow okay, I was interrupted again. The same person who made the mistake and caused me inconvenience was being rude and NOT listening. I didn't have a chance to get a name or ask a good time to go because with her nasty attitude, she kept interrupting. I started to get upset and she hung up on me. I was shocked, but okay. I went in today and asked for a different manager and was told there wasn't one. She came to me and once again was rude. I even told her she was being rude again for no reason. She walked away and out comes the store manager that wasn't there 10 seconds earlier. By now, I'm angry. Still being civil though, but met with a non chalant, who cares attitude from that manager. I was reminded again just how bad that place is. I have the whole call recorded because my phone automatically does that. (for work) She didn't want the proof of her nasty employee though. After a long day of appointments and these migraines, it will be Cereal for dinner next time! Kindness is easy and free..."

"The service almost always sucks. Most of the front counter workers (sometimes drive thru) have attitudes and act like they don't want to be at work. The sweet tea (which is usually good) was horrible, and instead of giving me a different dessert or my money back when they ran out of apple pie, my drink was upgraded to a large."

"The Rooster wanted his women back came through the drive through."

"Stopped by to grab some lunch to go. The restroom was a mess (photosattached) and they had a wet floor sign out and the floor wasn't even wet. It was busy as heck and I truly believe they forgot to season the chicken tenders because all they had on them was flower (photos attached) but they was fresh as they could get. Next time I stop by I'm asking if the chicken have seasoning first."
