"This is my favorite locally- and family-owned spot for quick Cantonese and Chinese food. Since moving a couple times, I’ve never found a Chinese place that makes dishes as tasty. When I visit Englewood I always try to pick up some Koo’s, it’s just that good."
"I’ve had four entrees here on four different occasions. Two were good, one was okay and one was not edible. But the worst part is the treatment by the people behind the glass taking your order. They are straight-up rude Asians. The last time I went there I got tired of being mistreated and left as I was trying to give them my order. Won’t be back. People like that shouldn’t be interfacing with customers. They should be doing something where they don’t have to deal with pleasant Americans."
