Marco's Pizza

"The pizza is tasty, I can’t say anything about other food because we did not receive the entirety of our order. This location is in dire need of an efficient management team. The staff was overwhelmed with in-person and takeout orders. The phone was ringing off the hook. There was no one cleaning tables and the trash bins were overflowing. We ordered 2 large pizzas, a salad and 4 beers. Out of the 4 beer options offered, only 2 were available. The pizzas were brought to our table one at a time; the salad was never delivered, after asking for it twice. When we asked for a refund, the counter staff did not how to initiate the transaction. (We had paid by credit card). After a 20 minute wait, and being ignored by the staff who said they had to tend to the other customers, we left, without a refund. It’s sad how what was once a thriving business is quickly spiraling down due to management inefficiencies."

"Never Again! Two of four beers they offer were out. We only were served part of our order, when I went for the refund, they couldn’t figure out how to credit my card and expected me to wait until they served a line of customers to re attempt. A quality establishment would have quickly given me the cash ($7.00) and had me leave happy."

"Went into Marcos here in englewood Last Friday to pay and order 10 pizzas for a Super Bowl party we have ordered there every year for last seven years . Horrible experience the three staff in store where very combative and rude did not want to help us with order at all they where too busy with only one other customer in store they literally heckled and laughed me out of the store that’s how they treat older probably all customers. Have 25 years of customer experience sales and management never been treated so rudely before. Personally we live around the corner have ordered pizza there twice it’s not very good . We will never be back and hate to leave bad reviews however owner needs to train employees not to humiliate customers . I give Marcos and this experience an F grade We went down the street to dominoes they where professional prompt and polite"

"When I placed the order for a 12 inch steak and cheese. I wasn't told that the sub didn't come with lettuce or tomato. And you only have a choice of Pepsi products no ice tea. Avoid this place. They are like Joe Biden lying about everything"

"As a former pizzeria owner. I can attest to the taste and quality of this pizza. You can build your own pizza with a myriad of tasty toppings on a variety of crusts. Or, you can order a Specialty pizza like BBQ Chicken. Also offer subs, salads and more. Gluten-free available but not if you are extremely sensitive to traces of gluten. Every full moon pizzas are half off. Enjoy! I loved it!"
