"I literally sat theyre for 10 minutes after an employee asked if I had an online order, sat theyre 10 minutes got annoyed walked to the desk at 7 pm so some one would address me. Got verbally attacked by some mid height chick then finally "miguel" came out and gave me my food. It was the the most unnecessary rude childishl behavior I have seen in quite some time. 1 out of 5 star review horrible"

"I have never had to leave a bad review for a restaurant and I am not one to complain, but this place has horrible customer service. Waited about 30 minutes in line. When we got to the window to pay, the worker had his back turned and when he did open the window he took our card and just looked at us as if he was out of it. When we get to the window for our food, it took about 10 minutes for us to get two large drinks, a McFlurry that was made wrong, a French fry, and a mocha frappe and we were also given attitude for asking for straws for the drinks. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to."

"I used the mobile app yesterday and ordered 2 large mocha frappe and 6 sausage burritos. Love the app. When I got to the pickup window, I got the burritos first, then the frappes, the frappes had caramel drizzle on them. I told the girl they were supposed to be mocha, as she rolled her eyes, took them back, and said she would be back. With that, she returned with both of them, and mocha drizzled over the caramel, not remade. With that, I went home to eat and relax. As I began to eat, my wife looked at her burrito and said it looked like a taco. With that, I opened mine, and it was the same way. In fact, all 6 on them were the same way. McDonald's is supposed to be about consistency and not cutting corners."

"My apologies for this long winded review but after working half my life in food service and retail I am absolutely apalled. I placed an order online for a Big Mac, quarter pound burger, 20 piece nugget, and a medium fry. I tried the app out for the first time, it failed to relay to the restaurant that I was there so I walked in. I was greeted by a service member that couldn't identify my order by the food purchased after showing my cellphone receipt. I gave them my last name for the order. Stumped, the service member asked me to wait as she reached out to a manager. The slick haired manager greeted me with grimace and asked again to see my order and began checking bags on the line. After rifling through my bag and returning with a grimace he arrogantly stated that at McDonald's my name is Mark, not Sullivan. The crew laughed and I'm glad everyone had a good time about it but being patronized at a McDonald's isn't exactly the highlight of my day. It would have been a little more comedic if the food was hot too. Awful customer service and if I were still managing stores I'd have all of you involved retrained and written up. It's a shame that your management is so unprofessional. Clowns make 37-97k a year and I'd suggest changing professions if you treat all your customers like that."
