"tried to place an order though the app at exactly 11:12 pm, the order went through successfully and when we drove through at 11:20 (we ordered in the parking lot) the guy on the intercom said they were not open. this was confusing as it says the recently updated hours were open until 12 and all the lights in the building were on and also as stated the app accepted our order for this location. we asked the dude on the intercom about this and he said to just cancel the order. ONCE AGAIN the order was accepted so we could not cancel it. we will have to call the bank tomorrow to dispute this order, and i ask that BK keep its hours updated and accurate since not much in this area is open after a certain hour. and IF THE HOURS ARE ACCURATE talk to your employees that don’t want to work the last 40 minutes of their shift they are paid for."

"The service was mediocre. The wait was longer than I expected, considering there were only 6 people dining in, and only 3 people were waiting for their food. I had price sticker shock. I paid $22.00 for 2 impossible burger meals deal. It's been a while since I ate at a fast food establishment, I think I will continue to stay away from the.."

"I go to Burger King at 5pm. THE FRONT DOOR IS LOCKED AND I HAD TO USE THE SIDE DOOR TO GET INTO YOUR SLOW RESTAURANT. Slow would be referring to your staff. What restaurant locks their front door?? SLIGHTLY RETARDED would be an understatement. Of course their was not an employee to be seen at the front cash register . I wait 5 minutes and your sloth-like manager decides to come to the register and takes of order SLOWLY."

"This place deserves a better rating, simply for the hard work the store manager Katie puts in everyday. This place shouldn’t even be open right now as they are fighting a number of store issues, to include 2 brand new employees. However, that doesn’t kill her attitude and she is the glue to this place. Hard workers are becoming harder to find and she single handedly is keeping this place afloat. As you can see in the pictures, the roof is leaking, the TVs damaged, and the soda machine broke. Stop by and observe and you’ll see what I mean."
