"WARNING! This restaurant needs to close! I ordered food on Super Bowl Sunday via door dash. When I got to restaurant to pick the food up, the doors were locked. I banged on the door and a person answered. They said the owner closed very early today. I told them I had paid for the food via door dash and there was no indication that they were closed. Was told the owner did it. The owner was not around. I sent several emails and phone calls to owner with no response. Finally a manger answered me via email and said I have to deal with door dash. My credit card showed money went to Bella Vino. I finally called door dash today and they said up to 10 days to get refund. Owner of Bella Vino did not assist in this issue. Spent over an hour of my time on this. I ordered once before from this restaurant and noticed that the Italian restaurant up stairs is empty. My order that day was wrong and had to wait to get corrected. Owner again was not around to complain to. Something really wrong when the owner is not present. Only a matter of time before this closed because of poor ownership"

"Our ladies group went for dinner on a Monday night. 30 women and 1 person serving all of us. It took well over an hour for drinks. Our food came out over an hour and a half from start to finish. Terrible management. I liked it better downstairs where they at least had help"

"Food was excellent. Not crowded but it was Wednesday night. They bring out bread immediately and it was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The first loaf was cold in the middle like it had been frozen, however, as soon as my wife mentioned it our server (also the owner), she ordered us another loaf and when it came out, it has piping hot all the way through. We started with mozzarella sticks which were crisp snd hot, not greasy like some we have had, I believe there were 8 sticks, so plenty for us. The side salads which came with our entrée was large enough and we chose the Italian dressing which was good. I believe they make the dressing as well. My wife had the lasagna and she said it was delicious, large enough portion and again was served piping hot. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce, the portion was large enough, as a matter of fact both my wife and I ended up bringing home leftovers. I have to say it was the meatiest meat sauce I have ever had and instead of just being a little sauce put on the pasta, there was lots of sauce. That is how I like it, so I was very pleased. Since we had the appetizer and bread, we did not have room for dessert, but what I saw while I was there, leads me to believe it would b e excellent as well. We will definitely go back because there were several other dishes we want to check out."
