"Manager was requested because there was a heavy bleach smell in one of our beer glasses. Basically, the manager refused to come to our table and said she was busy and that it was due to their sanitation system. We requested to speak to the manager 2 more times, but she would not come over. At the end, she disappeared from behind the bar and would not come out. I have no choice but to write a review. Very sad that a manager doesn’t have any customer service skills. This has never happened before in any restaurant!! Bleach is dangerous to ingest and needs to be addressed. Waitress brought a new glass but did not refill it with the amount of beer that was wasted."

"The food is pretty good but the seasonal Christmas drinks are so good! I had the Mrs. Klaus and Jacked Jack Frost and both were terrific. Vicky gave the BEST customer service and made my first time a cozy little experience."

"We stopped in for a beer and appetizer after a day of errands. The service was prompt and efficient. We ordered the soft pretzel with beer cheese and it was HUGE and excellent! Our family will definitely be dining here for lunch before our vacation ends. The regulars were also very welcoming, social and just all around great people! There were several drink specials and several beers on tap. Something for everyone! Highly recommend for a relaxing afternoon!"

"First visit and were very happy sitting outside. Pet friendly on dining patio. Food was good. Pitcher of beer topped it all off. Service was good. A great place to go to. Try and go early."
