"Rude in the drive thru. This isn't just a 1 time thing. This happens quite a bit at the second window. There are employees who ignore you, no good morning and certainly no thank you. They do have several great employees who do acknowledge you also, I appreciate them."
"The place was immaculate. I watched the manager as we walked in (17) of us. They got our orders (all on one tab), and they came out pronto, plus taking care of drive threw. I guess seeing a bus load of athletic volleyball players had people going to the drive threw. The manager and crew were on top of their game. Great job!"
"Look at these beautiful nuggets! Went on Friday the 13th around 5pm. The staff was on it! Super fast, friendly and the food was fresh. My kids ordered a nugget meal, hamburger and a McFlurry. I live down the road from the WH cypress McDonald’s and I will drive out of my way to avoid it, that location needs to take notes from this Lake wales McDonald’s."
