"Colonel Sanders would not be happy with this place. I don’t know what is going on with their recipes but something is changing. I ordered a pot pie but what I received was a bowl of mashed potatoes with a couple of carrot slices and 3 big chunks of chicken covered with the crust. Didn’t have any broth or sauce at all. It was my last order at KFC."
"My husband and I just spent 45.00 at the drive thru window. We frequent this store quite often. The staff is always very friendly except for today. The young lady that was at the window needs to find a new place to work if she does not like working with the public. She had a very bad attitude. She was in too big of a hurry to get rid of us. We tried 3 times to get her attention after the slammed the window closed. Never asked if we needed any napkins or sauces to go with the food. She is not anyone that has helped us before."
"I decided to order one of the family meal online and the total came up to $41.79. So, I get to the restaurant which is only 5 minutes away from my house and I go inside to get my order and one of the employees that was mopping floor. Look me straight in the face and say they ran out of chicken. I immediately said I want my money back then cause that's ridiculous. The manager tried to offer me some sides I told him No! He gave me number to call I walked out the door mad as hell. I've never had a issue with my order until now and cause of that I have to wait 72 hours before I get my money back. I'm definitely not returning to this location."
"My 2nd visit if the day due to incorrect order( buffalo chicken salad with ceasar dressing; chicken was hard and cold,but lettuce were nice. Upon arriving to my home, u took the 2nd salad out of the bag( did not check before leaving the restaurant). It was horrible! Worst than the 1st. It had about a hand of lettuce, which most was browned and water in the he bottom of the container... I will not go back to this location again. I am ok a picture. BTW, I did not attempt to eat it! Looked discussing!"
