Church's Texas Chicken

"This was the worst Church's I have ever been to in life so far. The service : I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and was never greeted or acknowledged. The cashier had her back to me helping prepare drive thru orders as if I wasn't even standing there. She finally walked to the counter and stared at me without saying a word. Now on to the food: I watched the cashier dump dirty rice out of a bag with no gloves on and wiped her hands on her pants afterwards. The chicken didn't have ANY seasoning and was dry and very tough. The skin of the chicken was like leather. I have never had chicken that tasted so bad. I don't know what is going on here but someone needs to look into the quality here. I should have asked for a refund after being served a 3rd dry chicken breast, getting flat soda and sweet tea that was barely sweet. Even it didn't taste right. Finally the atmosphère : Oh My God ! I saw 2 drug addicts pace back and forth in the parking lot and the guy ran into oncoming traffic with no shirt or shoes on. I felt like I was in a twilight zone. Never again."

"What a pleasant surprise. Stopped here for a quick bite with my family and was welcomed with big smiles and friendly faces. The food was great. (Try the purple pepper sauce). While the food was better than expected, I’ll be returning because of the kind ladies working behind the counter."

"This was our first time trying Church's Chicken. The food was made fresh right in front of us, the staff was super sweet and attentive too. This location is super convenient to the historic downtown plant city area which has wonderful antique shopping and great car shows on the weekends."

"Service if really bad and racist order a few stuff and y wasn't finished yet she Got mad and I told her I haven't finished with the order, I told her you know what I don't want the order and left, gente no se lo recomiendo pesimo......."

"Dined in. Food was good and people were nice. The restaurant is disgusting inside. Floors were dirty, which was ironic because they had the floor cleaning supplies sitting next to the garbage can which was also unattended. Maybe the men’s restroom was the worst. It was filthy with a huge hole in the wall. Also the soap dispenser was empty and broken with no alternative soap. I would be scared to see the kitchen."
