"Always, please if you want your food to be good ask for it to be made fresh! If you don’t know food then you want know that FRESH to them means throwing it back on the grill causing the edges to burn! I’ve had better luck with day shift. The little carhop that I had today wouldn’t give me my refund receipt so that I could take a picture and I took it out his hand and when I gave it back to him he snatched it, balled his fist up, and walked away talking trash! The manager made an excuse for his age, but if you know he has an attitude problem why place him among your customers! My family will NOT be returning!"
"Shut off the grill almost an hour before they even closed. I would excuse it if it was the first time but it’s been like this the past couple of times i went. Why do you guys have a phone if you don’t answer it? The manager Savannah was extremely rude and yelled at us when we asked for some ketchup. I understand you might be busy but your attitude sure doesn’t help you out especially when there’s only 3 other cars in the parking lot. Management should be reevaluated. The parking lot was trashed and food took forever. Worst sonic ever! literally do not eat here"
"The lady at the drive through was very mean she was rude to the car in front of us. As soon as we pulled up she said we are not taking orders for another hour. We canceled our order. I don’t know why she was so mean I understand you might be busy because of a parade but acting like that to costumers is just not right."
"The good was good and the service was nice. That's how I perceived it anyway. Everything worked out well; no problems. Well I didn't get my question heard, "if they had doggie ice cream" but that was on me."
"Make sure to check order before leaving. I got all the way home, no bacon on sandwich. Was charged $1.50 for it too. Tried calling them… no answer. Don’t have time to make an extra trip back up there that’s why I stopped for fast food…. Ughhh on the up and up, the gentleman that brought it out to me was very nice."
