Leaven Brewing is a unique and independent brewery located at 11238 Boyette Road in Riverview, Florida. What sets us apart is not just our delicious craft beers, but the passion and dedication of our team. Our head brewer, KJ, has a wealth of experience and expertise in the industry, having worked at Fort Myers Brewing Co. and Brew Hub before starting Leaven Brewing.
At Leaven Brewing, you can expect a variety of flagships and rotational beers that cater to different tastes and preferences. From a refreshing blonde ale to a hop-forward IPA, we have something for everyone. We even have our own hard seltzer, with a champagne-like flavor that is sure to please.

We have put our heart and soul into building this brewery, with no outside investors or venture capitalists involved. "Been here several times now, cozy brewery environment with music playing. If a local sports team is playing they usually have that on unless there is a planned event like trivia night. Fantastic variety of rotating beers on tap, along with a few standard beers. I usually get a flight of 4 along with something to eat since they also serve food from the kitchen. (My favorite is the "Whole Hog") They do have a few wine/cider/non-alcoholic options available for those who are not as enthusiastic about beer. Cheers!"
"Fantastic local beers and a friendly neighborhood feel! I spent an hour here with my laptop and a beer in the corner as the place slowly filled up with the dinner crowd. Families with kids. A few couples that looked like dates. And then the local "run" club arrived in their fluorescent tshirts and enthusiasm. I was able to find a beer I liked from the menu and the bartender provided the wifi password. A quiet corner (at least until the place filled up) and it was a very pleasant time. Next visit, I'll have to get something to eat as it all looked great."
"A very nice brewery in my opinion. I haven't been to one in about three years or so, but I enjoyed this one. At the moment I don't even drink alcohol, so that's saying something. I had a water but the sandwiches there were excellent. I opted for the grilled cheese this time, as I wasn't all that hungry, but boy was it it great! This was a first, as I've never gone to an establishment and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich (I may have ordered one from the kid's meal in my younge years at certain restaurants), but this grilled cheese was great. I chose the capicola for the add-on and was pleased with that. I initially intended to order the Italian but I changed my mind at the last minute. The staff was very friendly and patient with me while I ordered. I will most definitely make an effort to return here in the future. I also appreciate the fact that they have outdoor seating which was nice. Next time I go back I'll have to try The Meatball. One of the patrons there recommended it and I figured that if these folks can make a grilled cheese sandwich taste this good, it would be worth it. Also, I forgot to take a gander at their merchandise so I'll have to remember to peruse their wares next time I visit. Overall, a good place."
