"Ordered on the subway site for pickup. This made it super easy for our picky family and prevented the wait in line. For two of the sandwiches, they were out of roast beef. However, they made it super easy for my kids to choose something else and still fulfill the pickup order. We tried the churros they're offering right now, and everyone loved them. Everything tasted fresh and the appropriate temperature."

"1-11-24 came in at 6pm. There was an awful rancid strong odor. The second I opened the door..but I went and ordered a 6" anyway. As I went to pay I bought up my concern about the odor. Let's just say I was not the only one who smelled it. Took my sandwich home, opened it, wrapped it back up and put it in the freezer w/receipt. So if anyone gets sick I have a sampling for the health department. It is always clean and fresh smelling at this location, out of the ordinary event. The evening team works well together. I will go back another time."

"The sandwiches I ordered were very good and ready before the stated time (app order). My only issue with this location is that they do not have a pickup shelf, so you have to go to the register to grab your order. I stood there at the register while the employees ignored me to cash out people in line. After about 10 minutes of standing there saying excuse me and trying to just get my sandwiches, I was finally acknowledged by the girl making the sandwiches, not the guy working the register who I kept trying to get to help me. I was able to get my sandwiches and go after that, but they were no longer warm. I understand that they were busy, but even a brief acknowledgment would have been nice. Also, it would be nice if they had app and delivery orders available on a shelf like they do in other stores, so customers doing pick ups are at hindered by busy or inattentive employees"

"Tamika made my wrap today and she's likely the only fantastic employee I've seen here in months!! I'd give 5 stars except this place needs some better management and help. The turnover is high for a reason. She, however... even though there all by herself and very busy handled everything with extreme grace, made sure every order was correct and was kind and helpful under pressure. So grateful to have witnesses her perform under pressure and keep her cool in this demanding chaotic holiday busy time frame. She's wonderful and should be appreciated for caring about giving correct and kind service. Love this young lady! ❤️"

"The order was not filled according to the specifications. No salt, no pepper, no cheese, barely any vinaigrette one it. It was a half filled bowl haphazardly put together. I will not be paying 10 dollars for this again. I won't buy subway anymore, too many times this has happened."
