At MISSION BBQ, we pay tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of individuals like Tom Glenn, who was on the last helicopter to leave Saigon during Operation Frequent Wind in 1975. Our mission is to not only serve delicious BBQ, but also to show our gratitude to those who selflessly serve our nation.

"That’s how a burger is done, thick and juicy , the Mac and cheese was creamy and crispy on top and the baked beans were phenomenal, especially with the brisket thrown in!! I ♥️ this place lol… the staff is also phenomenal, they drop whatever they are doing to take care of the customer. I really respect that . Definitely recommend trying this place out if you are in the Brandon area"

"Ribs were good but small. Sliced brisket was ok, though the "moist" version was fatties than my taste. Counter personnel were friendly. Placed the order on the Internet, and it was accurate. Wish there was a drive through."
