"lexie was downright rude. we went on 12/31/23 and asked for an 8pc family meal, sub out the coleslaw for extra biscuits, and she downright told us “no” in a snarky attitude. we asked to add on fries since she was giving us attitude as it is and she charged us for it yet never put it in the bag… like wow."
