Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I’ve never had an issue with food from here before until now. Majority of the staff is lazy and last time I was inside the person at the register was exchanging snapchats with another employee…while I waited to pay. Aside from that, there is what looks to be MOLD in my tortilla. I ordered lunch from here today on the website from work, and this is before they even opened and had it ordered to be delivered shortly after 11am. And my tortilla on the side has mold. I ordered this TODAY….RIGHT around when they opened. Are you using old tortillas? Because this is not only disgusting but could be dangerous for someone to eat this unknowingly. I took a few bites before even realizing there was mold inside. Are we that careless? I’m really unsure how someone could see the looks of this tortilla, and be okay with packing it up for someone to eat. It’s one thing if it was char from a press or a grill…but it’s all over the tortilla and is NOT the color of char. I literally cannot think of what this substance could be BUT mold. Disgusting and disappointing. Please do better."

"This location is consistently a problem in the past couple of years and is in desperate need of some proper management. From taking forever to make the food, to orders found wrong by the time we get home, to under cooked food. Today we ordered through the app and by the time we arrived they didn’t even start making the food yet. It wasn’t even busy! Took about 35 to 40 minutes from the time we ordered until it was ready. All while trying to keep a toddler calm. Complained to corporate and they offered us a drink. Whipty-do Chipotle, thanks for offering us pennies for our inconvenience. This was the last straw, never going back and don’t waste your time either. Plenty of other places around there that make food properly and care about your business."

"By far one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve been to. This location is dirty: workspaces, bathrooms, and a few tables. The decor is typical for a Chipotle, and is always bland. The service here isn’t that great too. There wasn’t many people working there, but they got the basic stuff done. They don’t even know how to run a credit card. Besides the filthy location and poor service, the food does meet the chipotle standard. I always get the burrito, and it tastes typical; although there were sections with too much sour cream. Overall, don’t go to this location. Seek another Chipotle in town."

"When I walked in the establishment it was on a Tuesday during lunch hours, so I definitely thought it was going to be packed. I was very shocked that I beat the lunch crowd. It was very nice and clean when I walked in. No mask is required when your at this establishment only if you wish to wear one. As I stated when I got there no one was in line. I went straight to order my food which was amazing to me. The workers behind the counter were very nice and friendly took my order right away. I ordered myself a chicken burrito three pointer. Which means I only got three things or less on my burrito…including the meat I only added extra cheese to my burrito, so it’s less than three things applied to it. Everything was nice and fresh behind the glass. You can see everything you want to apply to your order right in front of your face, so they can’t mess up your order. I also ordered some chips to go with my burrito, and to me you can’t eat a burrito without them. I definitely enjoyed them as well as my burrito. I took my food to go, but you can eat your food inside the establishment or you can eat outside. The outside is covered, so you can eat out there even when it’s raining. I have no complaints about this place and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone to enjoy. I’m definitely coming back within the next week lol."

"I love Chipotle but something has to be done about the Bloomingdale Ave. location. I walked in and it was a nasty mess!!! The tables hadn't been cleaned off. There was food and dried stains on the tables. The floor hadn't been swept in a while. There was trash and food on the floor. I went to order and they had run out of onion and green peppers. The bottom of the pan was burnt. I asked if they had more coming out and was told the prep people didn't have enough time to cut more, so no. I went to get Ice Tea and the Tea was nothing but light colored water. There were no utensils! I told the so called supervisor about the Tea and utensils and he brought me 2 forks. I told him all the receptacles were empty. There were a few employees standing around watching me question the missing onions and green peppers instead of cleaning the tables and floor. Then I noticed they were waiting to clock out and then left. Leaving the restaurant a mess!! I had to use my own sanitizer to clean the table I sat at. Corporate and the Health Dept. needs to pay them a surprise visit."
