"I usually really like this location. However, not this time. I ordered shrimp fried rice, and the rice was barley fried it was white rice, which was clumpy and not cohesive. It was way off. The fried chicken was overcooked and hard to eat. My friend, this was his first time eating here. He normally loves to eat sour soup. He ordered the sour soup, and after 1 spoon, he was turned off completely and deemed it in eatable. He threw it away, and the egg rolls were saturated in oil. Very disappointing, the time before this when I visited this location for my family the quality of food was not there either. My children were sick, and I bought them chicken noodle soup from here. It was horrible they both refused to eat it. So, this location I would not recommend to anyone from here on. It is a waste of money and time."

"Very yummy. We ordered delivery tonight for the first time in over a year. I have no idea if there are new owners, or what, but I was pleasantly surprised. I expected the bland boiled chicken in noodles that has been the norm for most Chinese places around here. The chicken lo mein actually had flavor. Everything arrived piping hot and fairly well flavored. Obviously not upscale dining, but for a quick Chinese delivery meal, I was quite happy."

"After moving to the Valrico area, my wife and I were looking for a new Chinese restaurant to become our new-new. So, we visited the Golden Bowl for the first time off of Lithia. To our surprise the fried rice was very-very gummy and did not taste like rice. The egg roll and combination fried rice tasted the same. Whoever prepared the food, put too much soy sauce or water in the rice. This was an absolute bad experience, not to mention the order taker running around overwhelmed and rushing to take orders and take phone orders. For my order, he told me "20 minutes, I hope!" We were super disappointed and not impressed. Definitely not quality food and we will not be going back there. Enter at your own RISK!!!"

"What happened to this place. We ordered the shrimp Chow mein combination and we got all fried cabbage and no noodles. Not sure if it’s new management or new employees but we are never ordering from this place again."

"Great spot for Chinese take out. The food was hot and flavorful. My only disappointment was the lack of vegetables mixed in with each item. The service was prompt and friendly. The establishment was clean and easy to find. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Chinese take out."
