"The web page to order is complete and utter TRASH! (Hence the 1 star) I tried to order for a company luncheon (approximately $200 in food) and it took well over 30 mins, both on a pc and a personal phone. We decided to call the location and we were informed the deal we were after is online only, which is ridiculous considering you can't get the order to go through! Thomas (i believe was his name) took our order, gave what he could to make a close enough price match and delivered within 45 mins as promised. He was great. But Pizza Hut corporate offices, please hear your customers frustrations and fix this immediately, you almost lost our sale and I can't imagine how many you lose on a daily basis because of such a broken online system and silly rules in store. The food was great by the way!"

"Thin crust was burnt last time. This time I got regular crust and it was undercooked (raw) due to the extra cheese that I requested. It pretty harsh to pay $26 for a pizza that isn't cooked. Pizza Hut should be able to add extra cheese and still bake the food through properly."

"Placed an order for The Big New Yorker with double pepperoni. The pizza I received barely had pepperoni, let alone double!! Called the Manager - Jennifer Sword at the MLK location. She indicated she could not address my issue since it was picked up by Uber Eats. When did Uber start MAKING the food?!? Poor Customer Service and a WASTE of money!!"

"Management and front counter man (never remembered his name) were so nice and sweet. They helped immediately rectify an issue for me. Pizza was amazing the night I got it. With the great service provided for an issue I will definitely go back. Hopefully the new POS system get easier :)"

"This was a truly awful experience. Not only was our delivery 15 minutes late , but our food was cold and one of the pizzas had hair baked into the entire pizza. When I called the store to let them know, not only did they not believe us, but they were extremely rude. I even asked for a district managers number or corporate number and they refused to provide with, claiming that they did not know that information. Fortunately, after being hung up on by the managers Ava and Nick; I was able to contact another location and receive this information. My coworkers and I ordered dinner because we are stuck at the office for the night and now we do not have anything to eat in fear of getting another mouthful of hair. If you are looking for any semblance of customer service or quality food do not go to this location. Utterly unacceptable!"
