"By far one of THE WORST domino's I've ever ordered from. Part of my order wasn't delivered and when I called I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The customer service line was no better. The pizza was overcooked and the experience left much to be desired, especially the customer service. Domino's needs to do better. If you're looking for pizza you're better off going to Jet's, Eddie & Sam's, or Tampa pizza company."

"We ordered the pizzas at 8:44 with an estimated hour for delivery. At 9:17 it was showing it was done and in Quality control. At 10:15 the kids went to bed. At 10:30 we called to find out what was going on. After waiting on hold for 11 minutes they said they were waiting for a driver but could cancel our order. After we said they could cancel they said the driver arrived. We decided to let them deliver it. The pizza finally arrived at 11pm and yep you guessed it…it was cold. Next time we may as well grab a frozen pizza from the store. What a waste of money and frustration. It’s Friday, they should have been more prepared or canceled delivery as an option."

"This is a Domino’s Pizza Location in Seffner, FL at the intersection of MLK and Lakewood. Through this experience, I ordered through online carry out. The website was easy to use, and the physical place was clean; and had good music. The service was very friendly. For the pizza, I got the MeatZZa, which contains pepperoni, sausage, ham, and beef. The crust was seasoned, something other pizza chains will make you pay extra for. The cheese was very smooth and stretchy, the crust was delicious and mildly crunchy, and the toppings on the pizza were good. However, the pizza was easily collapsible. Overall, would recommend ordering pizza from here."
