"Not sure if there is a bunch of new people working there but there was literally like 5 guys behind the register all doing everything but taking orders and asking people picking up orders if they needed help. Waited 5 min to get someone’s attention and then tells me they gave my order to someone else already and then walks away without offering any solution. Worst customer service at any chick fil a ive ever been to."

"Ordered food tonight, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for my mother in law with extra pickles. Ordered stuff for my bf and my self. Get home only to realize we have two spicy deluxe sandwich and no grilled sandwich… no extra pickles on anything either. Why was there a mess up? The lady didn’t ring a grilled chicken sandwich up. Messing around with one of the guys who was packing orders. They were not busy at all.! Two people in front and two people behind us drive through was dead too! Why they can’t listen to what people order and ring up orders that we didn’t get! Not worth my drive 15 minutes back to the store to have them fix it. Now my mil can’t eat cause they gave her a spicy deluxe. Wow never had an issue with chick fil an until today on a day when no one’s here."

"I went during a lunch rush and inside was busy but they had it under control! They took my order and 10 minutes later my order was ready with a drink! Great service good customer service, some girl working outside was coming in when I was and she held the door for me and said welcome .. now that made me feel good! And everyone was working and helping behind the counter. Great service all around. I’m not even gonna complain my fries were half full, service was so great I let them slide they had their hands full!!"

"I ordered breakfast at 1023 on the mobile app for carry out and the app told me the order was being made when I was 2-5 minutes out. I arrived at the restaurant at 1031 and was told the order was cancelled. This is completely unsatisfactory because the app said it was making the order and would be ready at the carry out counter. When I explained this to the staff they told me the app was wrong and that I had to be in the restaurant before 1030 and that they could no longer make the items (1 minute after 1030, by the way). The lack of concern for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing coming from what's supposed to be ranked number 1 on the American Customer Satisfaction Index. This restaurant has lost my respect and my business."

"ELIZABETH the lady with the glasses and night shift manager IS CLEARLY RACIST !!!!! I was racially profiled at this chick fil a by Elizabeth. I was given a salad that I asked for my chicken tenders to be fresh and chopped . Elizabeth refused to chop the chicken tenders then when I’d asked for her to make some fresh she refused to make them fresh and told me she didn’t want to serve me and gave me my money back. When I asked why she stated she was calling the police on me and told me that the only option I had was to take the old food that had now been touched by everyone or get my money back. I’ve never been treated like this by any chick fil an employee and she needs to be demoted from manager. I will continue to post every review and the video in which I was refused quality food and service because I’m African American !!!!"
