"Mom and I just arrived from out of town. She has a ton of food allergies so McAlister's is one of the few places she can eat. From the moment we pulled up, space was so welcoming, the employees were so hard working and are so attentive and clearly love their jobs and the food was delicious!"

"I have pretty high expectations for the food quality at McAlister’s. The Gibsonton location did not disappoint, but the real stars of the show are the staff. I came in at the end of a rush and no one looked flustered. Jaquista took my order and was clearly enjoying the day. The rest of the workers were a well-oiled machine. The runner was perfectly helpful - even with random requests from guests. The kitchen staff was efficient and clearly front and back of the house were working together rather than individually to make the entire dining experience top notch for everyone involved. The other front end folks were an excellent face of the company. I definitely recommend this location as a great place to stop for a quick bite."
"My first time there I really thought the place was nice very clean looking staff is very helpful you order at the counter to the table they bring your food to you there's someone always coming around asking you if you want more to drink if everything's okay overall a very very nice place but very strongly recommend"
