"We came in on 1/25 around 7:20pm. We had placed an online order which said it would be ready at 7:20pm. We got inside and waited almost 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches. 2 other customers had already came and went while I was waiting for my food that was already supposed to be made. I would not recommended this place especially if ording online and picking up in store. 2 girls were working that night- very rude"

"The fact that subway takes coupons but not this location is ridiculous!! I am going to call corporate regarding this location i understand it's a particular locations but yall don't take any!!!!! The one on 78th street does everyone also the one off folkingburg does!!!! If you ask for xtra toppings they put 3 to 5 peices so you just have to keep asking for more and then the subway artist is irritated because you keep asking for more, just put the extra on it! The vegetables didn't look very fresh! And the fact that the employees are scared to even do anything or call a manager because they are under surveillance and will loose their job if they don't do what are told as stated is sad, it is sad that they walk on egg shells. I will respectfully choose a different subway to go to!! I should have checked the reviews first, and I see some of the responses from the owner and it seems as if they just don't care about feedback!! That's too bad!!"

"Don't bother bringing any coupons here, they don't take them for anything made with roast beef, any grandslam menue items and a bunch of other item I can't remember. Staff are short, and don't pay attention when taking orders. The vegetables especially the lettuce is old and they skimp on the toppings. I asked for spinach and they literally put 3 leaves on my sandwich, when asked for a little more politely you'd think I offended them. Subway in general has fallen off and this one is indicative of all the rest. Won't be back."

"Arrogant server( owner himself) seen today I.e, sep 8th 4:40pm est , yelling and frustrated on his work load , it's not fair to show on customers on this issues . Very bad , There is a way to inform customers if they mistaken on cups vs mugs for water ,but it's should have been told better way to deal with customers rather than yelling ,although I was trying to drink water as he's very frustrated all along to even wait and.listen ."
