"This McDonalds is very clean and pleasant staff.. they very attentive and nice.. the only thing is 12pm and Big Mac was cold just writing a note so that can get addressed besides that my and my daughter really enjoy to eat here. We bearly ever eat inside but we will definitely come back.."

"Terrible. Every time I come here during the day I end up having to pull into a spot or up to the third window, only to still receive cold cheeseburgers and fries. But the reason for my one star is having showed up at 5 am, with literally no one in line in front of me… what looked like no one inside… and when I went to order the person taking it still could not handle receiving the order. So much so that they asked me what I would like, I began my order… heard nothing… asked if they were there… they responded with half the order and asked what else I would like… when I repeated it, I again was met with no response. I said “hello?”… nothing. So I left. Will be going to the causeway location for all future orders regardless of how convenient this location is.. Would like to add that I made the mistake of trying this location again, and was sent to a spot to wait again… along with 8 other vehicles that waited for an obnoxiously long time for what a fast food place should be. They had to come to the car two separate times to ask what the order was. This location really needs some attention because it’s always something. Oh and to top it off. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. It’s honestly mind boggling how terrible service here is."

"I couldn't finish my last sandwich and it sounded like somebody said they did something to my meal at the McDonald's and it sound like somebody followed me here to be disrespectful I'm just a brother just trying to eat a meal and leave and know I love McDonald's ever since I was a kid man I don't disrespect nobody somebody said he went behind my back and did something to my meal I'm a American brother and I'm saying ain't nobody perfect but who can't do something behind somebody back McDonald's McDonald's McDonald's is highly respected"

"Received my order last night which was wrong, everything was slopped together. Walk in to have things corrected in a polite manner and received no apologies whatsoever. In the past, I didn’t have to check my order before leaving the parking lot. Now I have to check every time because it’s not right every time now. I live less than a quarter mile from the establishment and had to heat everything up when I got home. I understand high turnover rates etc, but ignoring me and not caring when it was something that wasn’t my fault is really odd behavior. Won’t be back. It’s crazy because just a couple months ago, my wife and I were talking and both agreed that this was one of the best McDonald’s we’ve ever been too. Crazy how quick things can drop off."

"Ordered breakfast. The cashier is always very nice. I ordered and paid for a LARGE caramel macchiato hot. I had to park because they were making it. One lady came out and handed me an iced caramel macchiato. So I told her I ordered it hot and she went back in. 10-15 minutes later she comes out with a SMALL caramel macchiato hot. I ask her “is this seriously a large” even though I know it wasn’t and she responded in a rude tone “yes this is yours”. I just left because I was annoyed and waiting made me late to work. Very displeased with this!"
