"First time we went here we were told after the order of one pizza and two subs that the store was backed up and they could not provide me a time this order would be completed; ended up being a one hour wait. Today we ordered 16 wings and a papadia. 5 minutes after the order was placed the order was cancelled with no explanation. Both orders were on Sunday. Will never come or order here again. If you decide to order from here be ready to stay hungry."

"We ordered a large pizza that came to us cold and looked as if it was dropped. We called and asked for a new pizza and was told it was not their problem but the drivers and would not give us a new pizza but only a 50% off our next purchase."

"Save your $$ and find a good mom & pop pizzeria in the area. Tonight I was given cold, dry (sauce less) and hard as a rock (crust) pizza. I guess it’s to be expected when the place is being ran by teenagers. In the manager’s defense, I will say he did refund me my cash & allowed me to keep the pizza. Either way this location needs to do better or it will struggle going forward…"

"Let’s start with the good part, pizza was great. Garlic knots were just knots, good knots just no garlic. Now, customer service was the one star. We felt like the girl at the counter got annoyed when we didn’t know right away what we wanted, her mood didn’t improve through the whole ordering experience. After we ordered we waited the 15 minutes, when I went back in to get our pizza she turned around looked at me and turned back around. No “hello give me one sec”, no “I’ll be with you in a minute”, nothing. So I stood there, not being addressed for like 2 minutes. Then she walked over to get my pizza and garlic knots. She did say have a good night, at least. When we got home, my husband opens the pizza and says “didn’t we say pepperoni?”. As you can see by the pictures we DID order pepperoni, somehow pepperoni didn’t make it to our pizza. This was my first time at any Papa John’s and to say the least this was not a good first impression."
