"I ordered the Double Bacon Deluxe value basket today for lunch and substituted the bun for their sourdough bread. They gave me 2 burger patties between 2 slices of lightly toasted REGULAR BREAD, with a couple pieces of mushy lettuce and NO tomato. It’s UNBELIEVABLE that this is what they sent out and gave me for $12.50. I took a couple bites and in the garbage it went"
"Great burger for on the run. The fish sandwich is huge but I wish they added seasoning to the batter or salt/pepper the fish fresh from the fryer. Also, the tarter sauce needs help... Sweet relish and seasoning. Or add a couple of sweet pickles to the sandwich.... something. The service is always pretty good, the food is fresh and hot, and the frozen custard is really good."
"1st timer. Went to Culver's for lunch with coworkers for a staff meeting. The woman at the counter who's name was Doris, was very pleasant and very attentive. She made suggestions about the menu when I told her I had never eaten there before and her customer service was right on point. Also their was a young man that I would like to recognize but didn't get his name. He brought the food out right away and checked in on us the entire time we were there. I wasn't too excited about the food but I must say, I have not walked in to such a positive atmosphere in a fast food setting in a long time. Congrats to Culver's for having such pleasant and professional staff. Kudos"

"I'll make this review short and sweet. We've never had anything short of great service at this location. Our experience, whether it was at the drive thru or dining in the restaurant, has always been great. Their value basket is an excellent price, and they bring it right to your table when it's ready. They also give military discounts. We were just happy to get a quick hot lunch for two that's under $20. We'll definitely return to this location in Riverview."
