Wendy's

"I arrived at 10:20 PM on 2/20/2024 and tried to order. The person taking my supposed order stated that they were only taking mobile order. Mind you this Wendy was supposed to be open until 2 AM, over 3 1/2 hours more. How does this particular Wendy's expect to stay in business if they keep declining to serve the public. They type of, or lack of, service just wants the public to eat at an all together different restaurant. I like Wendy's, but this type of service has got to stop. "Would not let us order. Had to go thru the drive thru and then come in to eat. Customer friendly....NOT"

"I've yet to love eating at a Wendy's in Florida until I ate at this Wendy's. We moved down from Georgia a couple of years ago, and the Wendy's there were awesome! Maybe a few were good but positive, nonetheless. Well, this Wendy's had poor quality workers, arguing in front of the drive-thru window as to who's responsible for ringing up the window customers. The quality of the food was less than fair, with chicken sandwiches tasting rubbery and chicken nuggets being dry and on the verge of being burnt. The chili, which I normally love, was not worth writing home about due to an off-taste and unsanitary temperature. On top of this, I was deathly ill about 4 hours later, and it took about two days to get over this illness. To conclude: the only thing I love about this place is that it's on the right side of the road as I turn off of I-75 to go to church. In the event that you want to test your digestive or immune system, check this place out."

"Spend several months since I deserve it this location. Last time I was here. I was extremely disappointed with how long the food took to get to me. The freshness of the food when I finally got there and the poor poor customer service. My daughter's insisting she wants wendy's, so here we go again. 11 a.m. the doors are locked, and they refuse to let anybody in. The person behind the door refused to look at me or acknowledge me. Even though she was a foot away and when somebody else tried to say something. She stopped that person. She said just ignore him. I am the customer. I ask for the owner's phone number. She just ignored me. I went around to the drive-through. They wouldn't talk to me over the speaker. I hadn't said anything, They wouldn't even give me a basic greeting. The customer service is so consistently poor that i'm convinced that the five star ratings they're getting are just the friends and family of the people that work there. Avoid this place."

"I came in last minute to get 17 4 for 4s for the middle school orchestra last minute. And without hesitation they completed the order in 15 minutes. Really good customer service."
