"This location has horrible service as well as bad attitude, I went to the drive through for a small cone and a small Blizzard. I had to wait at the drive though speaker for what seamed a very long time. When I asked what was taking so long I got someone with a bad attitude say "we have a large order ahead of you, you're just going to have to wait". when I finally did get a chance to order they said the "chocolate machine was not working". I chose two items other than what I wanted, all while the line kept getting longer behind me. When I got to the window I change my mind on one of the items, at which time I got attitude, I asked to speak to the manager and told her the service was not good at all, She was visibly upset and asked me to leave without receiving a thing. Never again!!!!!!"

"The food was great the staff were amazing. The two running the front kept everything running smoothly. The crew in the back all worked hard and stayed busy. There wasn’t much of a weight for anyone that I saw while I was here. We will be back to visit this location again."

"I brought my youth nonprofit college bound all girls athletic group here after church service this morning. We are based in Miami, Florida where DQ is far and between. The service was remarkable. I say that because when we came there was 3 people running the entire restaurant. The cook, the drive thru cashier and the manager who served us. He worked efficiently and quickly getting through the team 4 at a time. Once finishing up a cashier came in and handed out the dessert my Angels ordered once they had eaten their meals. Very clean and no stressed out demeanor because we came into their restaurant."

"Truly disappointed with the cake I ordered and picked up for my son's 16th birthday. This cake is a horrible disgrace and embarrassing to pull out at this special party. The writing was smudged, and halloween designs look like a toddler drew them. Unfortunately I had no time to go elsewhere in time. I honestly can't believe that someone found this cake acceptable after making, and that a manager was okay with this cake going out to the customer to pay for. I was told by the manager when i pre ordered the cake, that their "cake specialist" would be in to make the cake in time. If this is the work of a specialist, I'm in complete shock. Thanks for being such a disappointment for this special occasion. Worst cake I've ever bought."
