"We went to the drive through, I had a mobile order and my husband placed an order, we let them know when we ordered. When we got the food the mobile order wasn’t received and when we told her she asked for the receipt with an attitude as if we were lying and said it’s no spicy chicken on here….yes we know because it was a separate mobile order. I did not appreciate the attitude at all, she was at the hand out window."
"Unfortunately not like other Chick fil a’s. Ordered a large fry and it was filled half way. The person said “that’s how all of them are to be honest”. Well I’m gonna need you to fill the whole large, that’s why I paid extra."
"When this CFA first opened it was spectacular. Speed, food, smiles were all top notch. Post COVID though it has seriously gone down hill. Slow, rarely fresh, busted drive through system. They are revamping it currently so I am hoping thing improve again"
"I waited 18 minutes for food to go. They then told me that I would need to wait more so they can cook hashbrowns which in any world doesn't take 18 minutes. All while the manager leans on the counter doing nothing but play around with the staff while people wait. That was her position while it took 3 people (her staff) to get her attention to then give me the we need to cook the excuse all whole knowing it doesn't take that long or she needs to be quickly restrained by corporate on their cook time. You should be able to turn at least 4 tables in 18 minutes at a fast food restaurant."
"Not sure what's going on with y'all today. Seen a manager and about 4 employees walk by this water spill in the past 45 minutes that I've been sitting here. If corporate would like pictures please contact me. One even reached down to pick it up. Didn't than walked away. My food was also messed up without them being busy. Messed up the salad dressing, and didn't get any of the stuff that goes with it. That's not as concerning as the black plastic I bit down on though.they also never put down a wet floor sign just to warn people. Looks like a law suite waiting to happen."
