"Asked for onion rings, paid for onion rings, they gave me fries. I don't care for fries, I threw them out. I'm sure they would be very good for someone who enjoys fries. They have great food."
"The workers are nice, however, This place has gone downhill fast. The food is a hit or miss and lately it’s been horrible every time I’ve gone here as of late. I was just here yesterday and I can’t even tell you how long I waited in drive-thru to get home to fish that was extremely soggy on the bottom. Mind you I literally stay 2-3 min away! Long story short, I go back today to experience the same thing for my REPLACEMENT and I noticed this as soon as I got the order and I even asked for it to be fresh! It wasn’t nearly as bad, but FRIED fish should not be that way! I’m not sure if they need new cooks or just better time management to get orders out more promptly but this is unacceptable, especially considering the fact that you’re spending your hard earned money at these places! Give people what you would expect to receive.. SIMPLE!!!"
"Cashier rung up my order wrong after double checking multiple times that there were supposed to be five meals. I had to drive back to the store for a second time, I don't live close. The manager wouldn't help me until I found the receipt and order number, even though I had part of the order in my hand that was still warm. The manager refused to comp the meal they forgot to ring up, even after I had to drive back to the store a second time. After waiting for my remake, I noticed that the burger was made wrong for the second time in a row and had to wait for another remake. I wouldn't have even left a negative comment if I wasn't made to feel like a scam artist trying to get free food."

"Good food. But if you have not had their frozen custard.... you are definitely missing out! It is so creamy. And you get 2 mix in. You can also get more for an additional fee. I love the vanilla custard with salted caramel and brownie pieces mixed in! Yummy!! This place has the best cheese curds, too! At dinner time, the drive-thru can get quite backed up. On those days, I just park and order inside. Less waiting! I also enjoy their chili, but I always ask for an extra pack of crackers."
