"Absolutely terrible experience here! We have been loyal customers for many years and the food was terrible tonight and the chef said that I had to drive 40 minutes round-trip to bring the food back in order to get credit for our meal!!! I would highly recommend that people not patronize this business. The prices have gone up by at least 30% and the customer service has gone down to zero! The response chef li posted is almost all lies! Yes they asked me to drive 40 min round trip. Shame on them!"

"I will drive past dozens of takeout places to get Chef Li. Food is always fresh and made well. Some dishes are traditional like you'd find in a good New York takeout, others have their own spin like the sesame chicken. They have dishes that are hard to find like beef chow fun. Prices are not the cheapest but very fair for the quality."

"Delicious! Our favourite, always consistent and generous portions, if you order on their website you can ask for Adjustments and they are always honoured. Our favourites are beef curry, it is so delicious, we usually get 2 to have for the next day, just remember to specify spiciness, otherwise it is quite spicy, Mongolian beef is just perfect, chicken fried rice is our kid’s favourite and spring rolls are our must."

"Ordered take out for the shrimp in lobster sauce and pork lo mein. The shrimp in lobster sauce has no flavor at all and the sauce very watery. There were 7 shrimp total. The lo mein was OK but had to add flavor. The order came out quick. The inside has no atmosphere and is just to pick up food."
