"It took over a hour to get my pizza it was cold and found not one but two long hairs in my first slice I called and the manager was rude said I'll void ur oder and hung up. The worst experience in the many years I've been ordering here what a shame !!!"
"My order was a bit burnt, when I gave them my feedback in the app the manager Ben called me right away to apologize and offered to remake the ones that were burnt. Now that was AWESOME.. Thank you Ben for your professional and caring about your customers. I had already accepted a 20% off coupon so I didn't accept the remake.. I definitely will order from them again"

"I did not ask for lite cheese, this is their regular portion of cheese. If this doesn’t look appealing to you I suggest pay extra to get enough cheese to cover your pizza. Good thing I have extra cheese in the fridge, just don’t enjoy a well done pizza since I have to cook more cheese."
