Rosati's Pizza

"As Chicagoans transplanted to Florida, we actively search for food experiences comparable to what we were accustomed to from our past. In this regard Rosati’s pizzeria doesn’t disappoint. It starts with an excellent crust, topped with the tastiest ingredients imaginable. Being a meat lover, the “Monster” is my go to. However, whatever I conjure up when I create my own satisfies as well. I especially like chatting it up with other Chicagoans who frequent Rosati’s while picking up my orders…it’s a testament of our approval of a genuine taste from home!"

"Delicious pizza, we got an extra large meat lovers with thin crust and it was great! We ordered around 6:45 on a Wednesday and it was delivered about 45 min later."

"My wife ordered $70 worth of pizza from here. I brought it home, we barely ate any of it. Horribly overcooked, stuffed crust so burnt you wouldn’t believe! The next day she takes it back for a refund. The manager on duty Alex, a real p.o.s. Asked my wife what was wrong with it, she explained, he started to say refund her money until he saw some pieces were missing, my wife explained we had bought it last night and of course tried it. Now he refuses to credit us our money back and threatens my wife with “I know where you live” and “don’t come back!” My wife called the cops and I have filed a complaint with corporate. The hospital she works at used to order food from them. Definitely not anymore! What an absolute joke. Probably the worse franchisee in the whole country!"

"Very disappointed. The box was soggy and the pizza inside was as well. The edges of a pizza were anything but crisp as a thin crust pizza should be. You could tell immediately when the delivery driver handed me the box. the driver indicated that I needed to call the store. When I called the store they offered me a $10 credit towards my next pizza for $45 pizza that wasn’t edible unless you planned on eating it with a fork. Or they would remake it and it would take another 1 1/2 hours for delivery. We ended up having to reorder from another pizza restaurant that was closer and faster to pick up. Again, very disappointing. I attached a pic of the pizza box sagging in the middle and soggy on the bottom. I also attached a picture of an end piece of the pizza that is typically crisp. I would have shared a pic of the center pieces but you couldn’t pick them up by hand without them crumbling in your hand."

"They have a wonderful website to order delivery from. We wanted to try a Chicago style pizza and this place was local. We ordered the deep dish with sausage and bacon. The sausage was great, didn't really find any bacon, but the the sauce was good. The crust was not our favorite was a little too well done and bland for our liking, but maybe that's how this type of pizza comes. It was an overall good ordering experience, but we should have ordered the smaller deep dish, because the 14" is a lot of pizza."
