"Service was absolutely horrible. My sandwich was so chewy . Ordered large engineer for hubby an medium corned beef for me. Corn beef was so dry, will never go to this one again in Apopka. Cashier was so rude. Been going here since moved in area two yrs ago. Been about 4 times with no problem. Think she did on purpose because I spoke an she didn't say nothing an then she got attitude."

"The food is usually excellent but they screwed up our take out orders. We asked for no ham on our t mobile tuesday hook and ladder subs and both our subs had ham on them smh."

"The food was great, but this is not the standard for Firehouse. The employees lack customer service a lot. Their attention to detail to keep items stock for the the self serve station is below par. I am not sure if I would go back again if I was on this side of town if I was craving Firehouse, or decide to wait until I was Altamonte Springs, where the customer service is more welcoming."

"Delicious subs served by friendly folks in a timely manner! They also now offer a few different sizes of subs which is a good idea. We've been to this location 3-4 times over the past year and each experience has been positive. Just be sure to be specific about which toppings you want and if you're like me and don't enjoy pickles, ask them to keep the pickle that is included with every order. We go here mostly on Saturdays and after the lunch rush and always have prompt and friendly service. Definitely stop in here if you're looking for a tasty sub sandwich!"
