"I give chances to businesses due to the fact that I myself, I've been in the restaurant business for years. From being a prep-cook, to line-cook, to chef. Customer service at Popeyes generally not good at all, but here. Always a fail, never miss. There is always an issue something as simple as to give you sauce. Please change management, guy in the glasses is next level when comes to ensuring failure and lack of success. By far the biggest problem."

"This is by FAR my favorite Popeyes. Besides the Peacocks (DO NOT APPROACH THEM, THEY'RE WILD ANIMALS), The whole crew is awesome! The atmosphere here is like going to get chicken from an amazing indie eatery. I don't know why their chicken is so much better than other locations. The crew was incredibly welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect with our order. I'm so glad the first time I brought someone for the famous sandwich that it was here! I've never gone in to eat, but I'm so glad I did. The interior was awesome, but what made the experience was the community feel. It is truly a well-oiled machine. The ladies definitely spoiled us with fresh-made sandwiches (I'm also pretty sure they gave us the best chicken, too). They are so hard working and deserve the recognition for it. I've gone there since 1992, and it's only gotten better. Anyone complains about waiting is someone who doesn't understand that chicken takes time and fresh is best. It's worth waiting for and a little kindness goes a long way :)"

"Ordered Uber eats, not a big order or anything. Missing my fries and my strawberry biscuit. People make mistakes, but it’s very frustrating when you waste your hard earned money on nothing.Will definitely be sticking to the one in Altamonte Springs, I thought I was ordering from there in the first place but wasn’t paying enough attention."

"Very clean place. Tenders were fresh and light. The blackened ranch was perfect. The unsweet tea was diluted too much. Customer service was absent. No one really talked or greeted you. I placed an online order and was there for about 7min and no one talked. It was slow so not cause it was busy. If the customer engagement was better would of got 4 stars."
